Overview

The Maples Group's Dublin offices offer legal, fund and fiduciary services to clients based in or doing business across Europe.

Our legal services teams provide full service legal advice on all aspects of Irish corporate, employment, finance, funds and investment management, dispute resolution and insolvency, property and tax law, as well as related areas.

Through our Irish Desks located within our Cayman Islands, Hong Kong and London offices, we are able to offer clients access to our market leading Irish legal advice from a time zone of their convenience.

Our fund and fiduciary services teams provide accounting and corporate administration services to structured finance, asset finance and other finance vehicles. Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, we also offer fund administration services to regulated Irish investment fund structures. In addition, we provide a comprehensive entity formation and management solution that centralises and streamlines the setup of entities, assists with required compliance, improves transparency, mitigates risks and reduces costs.

Through our Central Bank of Ireland ised UCITS management company and alternative investment fund manager, MPMF Fund Management (Ireland) Limited, we are able to deliver a comprehensive range of funds expertise including regulation, fund governance, risk management, administration and compliance. The Maples Group can also offer regulatory reporting solutions, a money laundering reporting officer, designated email address, company secretarial services, tax compliance, board portal services and assistance with cross-border fund registrations.
